We understand. Everybody has their preferences and sometimes things don't work out. That's okay, our customer support team is here to help in any way we can. We allow up to a full 7 day no questions asked policy for a full refund. We want to ensure your experience stays positive at BearFit Co. 

Here are the steps regarding your return:

1. Submit your request via our contact form

2. Ensure any receipt/invoice is placed back with the original packaging

3. Wait patiently and contact us for further inquiries using our contact form

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
