Why is my shipping so long?

Our manufacturers are primarily located outside of the U.S. At BearFit Co., we have pre-selected manufacturers that solely develop premium quality products to satisfy our customer with quality. While we understand our shipping is longer than most, we're dedicated to ensuring that full and transparent communication is met during your delivery process if questions arise. 

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

If you’ve received an incorrect item, please reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible so we can help.

When you contact us, it’s super helpful if you can include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the item(s) you received
  3. A photo of the packaging (if you still have it)

Wrong item claims must be submitted to our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery.
